Sheppey Engineering Limited is a leading supplier of engineered fragmentation chains for use in the WEEE recycling industries.

Our vast experience and understanding of the industry and the machinery in use across the industry has enabled us to produce an engineered fragmentation chain that is manufactured in the UK and supplied across the whole of Europe.

Chain pairs can be ordered in units of ten pairs. Stock is held in both the UK and at our operation in France.

Bespoke solutions:

Working closely with our clients, our understanding of the industry enables us to provide bespoke solutions and tailor-made chains.

Our recent projects have included both slightly longer and shorter chains at different hardness are; both producing different results and higher yields on different classifications of WEEE.

Quality Standards:

We know that our clients need to be able to rely on our products and that down time on large recycling plants cost a great deal of time and money. Quality Control is very important to us.

Sheppey Engineering Limited work to ISO 9001 standards, we have a strict Quality Control system in place where all batches of chain are tested for hardness (Rockwell Hardness Testing) and the quality of welds on the Engineered heads.
